Founded in 1996 by a group of private investors, EnviroPAK’s mission was to provide world class packaging solutions which would be environmentally friendly. That quest began in Earth City Missouri, with the funding to build a state of the art 20,000 square foot facility. Receiving additional financing through local banks, the Small Business Administration, and the St. Louis Economic Development Council enabled us to purchase our first production machine from Emery International Developments Ltd. of Toronto.

Our first product was fluorescent bulb end caps. Since then we have produced protective molded pulp packaging for the Electronics, Computer, Beverage, Consumer Goods, Automotive, CD/DVD, Medical, Candle, Wine, Food Service and Telecommunication Markets, to name a few. EnviroPAK is also proud to have won the IOPP (Institute of Packaging Professionals) AmeriStar Gold Award for the design of a 12 bottle beer shipper, as well as a Technology and Innovation Award from the St. Louis County Economic Council.

Money DOES grow on trees!

Imagine if you could earn money and help the environment at the same time… well now you can!
When you register with our green online bookstore you join a growing community of buyers and sellers, where the more unwanted books you buy and sell, the more trees can be saved and planted because we donate 5p from every sale to the Woodland Trust.

What’s more, it PAYS to go green!

We pay at least £3.00 for every book sold, which you can then use to buy more books (which we hope you’ll do), or simply cash in on the books you’ve sold, it’s your money, you’ve earned it! Buying books couldn’t be easier, we now have over 1 million books in stock and all priced at just £3.75 and include free delivery on all standard sized paperbacks.

The National Recycling Coalition (NRC) is a national non-profit advocacy group with members that span all aspects of waste reduction, reuse and recycling in North America. The Coalition represents advocates from every region of the country, in every sector of the waste reduction field. Local recycling coordinators, state and federal regulators, corporate environmental managers, environmental educators and advocates, consumers and waste management professionals are all members of NRC.

Founded in 1978 as an IRS tax exempt 501 (c) (3) organization , NRC’s objective is to eliminate waste and promote sustainable economies through advancing sound management practices for raw materials in North America. We host an Annual Congress & Expo each year in a different city to bring our members along with interested parties together for several days of outstanding educational and networking opportunities. Breaking new ground in how Americans think about waste, the Coalition is a strong and clear voice for recycling.

What Does the NRC Do?

NRC is the largest national nonprofit organization dedicated to the advancement and improvement of recycling, waste prevention, composting, and reuse. Governed by a diversified Board of Directors, and consistent with its Guiding Principles, NRC achieves its mission several ways:

Providing national leadership and building consensus on important recycling issues such as product stewardship, recycling of electronics scrap, and the need to increase beverage container recycling rates.
Developing meaningful partnerships with corporate, government, and nonprofit leaders to bring about important changes in the way we use, manage, and recycle natural resources.
Providing our members with the tools and resources they need to convey to their community members, decision makers, and the news media the important benefits that recycling provides to our economy and environment.
Advocating for recycling programs at the local, state, and federal levels.
Offering the best professional education and networking opportunities available to the recycling community.
